Thomas Wheeler started his career writing for Rollin Stone Magazine. His love of music and journalism led him to become Editor in Chief of Guitar Player Magazine. He is an acomplished journalist who was kind enough to share his first big break. It has been a while since I have been in the world of After Effects. I decided a good way to get back into it would be a short kinetic type piece. Also to keep it controversial I found some interesting facts that conveniently enough I don't have the sources for, so take it with a grain of salt. 
One of my good friends had worn this coat to a birthday dinner and I could not get it out of my head. So here it is, in the digital flesh. Over the course of the past few weeks Alisha Jucevic, Luke Hausman, and I have been working with Perk Espresso shop in Eugene, OR. to create a brand experience that would focus on the collaborative and creative brand they had built up already. There are many different types of conversations on chair lifts but some start to sound the same. The middle aged stranger - Crazy weather huh? You - Yeah (comment about a day that was way better) The middle aged stranger - Oh yeah this place is usually a lot better You - Where are you from? The middle aged stranger - (either some place you've never heard of or from the closest city) You - What do you do? The middle aged stranger - I (something to do with technology) You - cool... The 20 something - You mind if i smoke? You - meh The 20 something - Dude this day is so Fu**ing epic! You- yeah The 20 something - (yells off the lift) You - (either join in or stop talking to them) That awkward kid - (silent) You- hows the snow?
