Ideas are often ignored by the creator as something that will never happen or something that would never work. These ideas can be cast aside over and over to the point where someone will become unconfident within there creativity. One of my favorite quotes comes from Thomas Edison -"I have not failed. I've just found 10000 ways that won't work." I like to follow that quote with something I tell myself, "The only problem with dreamers is that they are still sleeping."  It all boils down to putting your ideas out there and getting feedback or help with them. Creative Collaborations produce some amazing work or sometimes just have fun finding out what does not work so well. Creating a group of creatives that you can meet up on a schedule basis and create something, anything, be it functional, aesthetic, or useless will keep the process of development charging forward. Recently Signal Snowboards have gotten together every third thursday to create new ways to produce snowboards, experimenting with materials and styles. Here is one of the bigger collaborations.
